Springwater Software's most recent development partnership has been with Software Division Ltd of Longford, Middlesex. This company specialises in the marketing and support of applications for the National Health Service and local government. On behalf of Software Division we have developed two companion systems called Registration Plus and Inspection Plus. These are comprehensive database systems for the administration and management of official registration procedures.

Springwater's role in development of these systems included developing the initial specification and design, the design of the database structures, the design of the user interface, producing comprehensive help files, manuals and other documentation, as well carrying out the necessary programming.
